Multi-Channel Paid Media & Conversion QA

Catching a broken conversion-tracking setup before it could waste a Dubai luxury brand's ad budget.

The Client

A luxury retail brand in Dubai using search and social content to reach high-intent local shoppers.

The Challenge

The brand launched paid campaigns across Google, Meta and Snapchat at once, but Google's conversion tracking had never been confirmed working — meaning any spend scaled there risked being completely unmeasurable.

The Approach

Rather than scale blindly, Google Ads spend was deliberately held back while the tracking gap was diagnosed and verified independently, while Meta and Snapchat kept running in parallel — generating real, measurable leads and giving an early read on audience quality, including a refined focus on high-affinity luxury audiences in-market.

The Result

The discipline paid off: Snapchat emerged as an efficient early lead source at an average cost per lead of around AED 52, while Meta's WhatsApp-raised enquiries were landing at roughly AED 28 each — both real, actionable numbers within weeks of launch. Google Ads spend was deliberately kept to about a fifth of its allocated budget until the conversion-tracking issue was resolved, protecting the client from paying for traffic nobody could measure. That early, disciplined testing phase gave the brand a clear read on where to shift budget next, instead of a costly guess.
